So what's the problem? I've ran out of ideas on how to fix this issue. I have 3-4 other games that I play everyday if not every other day and they all work 100% fine with absolutely no issues. After a few days of this I just took it back and said it didn't work, they found the cleanest disc they could find and even put in in the buffing machine and I can't see any scratches on it at all and it still won't work (and yes I did delete my old installation file and reinstalled it with the new disc). I installed it twice and it didn't help much either. That didn't work so I tried carefully cleaning the disc, that didn't work either. It said it was unreadable when I tried to play it in my xbox and I have to try multiple times for it to work so I took it out, wiped it off, and tried again. I got this game on monday and saw some scratches on it but they were minor and I wasn't worried. That takes a lot of strain off the relatively weak optical disc player and will save wear and tear on your CD/DVDs. I suggest you load any and all of your games to the console hard drive. If your console is choking on other game discs, your optical disc player may be shot and will need to be replaced. Microsoft used to have a damaged disc exchange, I don't know if they still do, might want to dial up Google on that. Maybe you can rent a Forza 4 game, if that disc works, you probably are going to have to buy another Forza 4 game. If the disc is scratched and your Xbox reads other undamaged discs without issue, well, maybe your disc has damage that renders it unplayable. Read through the search results and see if you can find a problem similar to yours and see what happened. Forza Motorsport 4 is the latest installment in Turn 10 Studios' racing franchise, Forza Motorsport, and builds on improvements made in Forza Motorsport 3.The game features over 80 car manufacturers and +500 cars that you'll be able to drive in the game's single player World Tour mode or online during races that can support 16 players (which is twice the amount of the first three games). If you do a search(that hard to see box with the magnifying glass next to it in the upper right hand corner of this page) on "disc errors" or "read disc errors", you will see that you are not the only people with this problem. What you need to determine is if you have a damaged disc, a faulty optical drive or a problem with the game itself. Forza is no different than any other Xbox game.
